15年互联⽹⾏业研发经验，超过8年的团队管理经验，负责过上百⼈的研发团队的技 术管理和组织发展，有从0到1创建团队的经历，善于跨团队沟通和协调，业务赋能。
1.有一定的技术积累同时有比较丰富的项目落地方法论，熟练使用目前市面上流行的区块链技术和公有链完成钱包、NFT以及WEB3方向的应用的落地工作。对目前云原生或大数据方面的项目经验比较欠缺，其优势在于区块链和嵌入式方向。
2.逻辑思维和应用设计方面表现良好，具备设计中小型产品架构设计的能力但是在架构的扩展性、稳定性、容错性等方面考虑的不足。
3.语言表达方面表现良好，具备团队和项目管理的经验；另外在产品日常的迭代过程中比较注重风险的把控和预警。
