Where does our data go?
Nowhere. Work happens inside your repo, your cloud and your access controls; teams never take a copy. Need US-only staff? Say so in the brief.
Who owns the IP?
You do. Brix's master agreement assigns all work product to you and flows the same terms to every engineer on the team.
What if the team doesn't deliver?
An unaccepted milestone isn't released. If a team stalls, Brix replaces it and the remaining milestones continue.
Can Brix also supply models, tokens or data?
Yes. When a deployment needs inference, post-training, evals or labeled data, Brix scopes it into the same contract and the same milestones — through its certified labs and its own human-data line.
Can we hire someone from the team full-time?
Often. If the engineer is employed through Brix, they convert directly. If they belong to a partner agency, Brix negotiates the transfer with the agency on your behalf. Either way, Brix's hiring agents already have the full context of the engagement and can find and place the closest match.
